"It’s time working families got a fair deal. Dalton McGuinty’s record has been one broken promise after another. But he still found time to give himself a $40,000 pay raise. That’s someone who has lost touch with working families. We deserve better.
"I’m proud to stand with Howard Hampton – a leader who is upfront, honest, and principled. You know you can count on us to stand up for seniors, children, parents, and working people.
"This time, ask yourself ‘Which leader and party can I count on to fight for a fair deal for working families?’
"I hope I can count on your support on October 10."
Josée Blanchette has lived in Glengarry-Prescott-Russell since moving to Hawkesbury with her husband Pierre four years ago.
A graduate of the Masters program in Social Work at the University of Ottawa, Josée works at the Prescott and Russell Employment Service Centre. Everyday Josee works with working families and understands their concerns. She knows how disappointed they are with Dalton McGuinty. From his failure to address the education funding crisis, to his complete abdication of responsibility for job losses in the manufacturing and resource sectors Dalton McGuinty has let working families down.
Josée is also very active in her community as the co-founder of the Prescott-Russell Youth Roundtable and in local sports and community groups.
As our next MPP for Glengarry-Prescott-Russell, Josée is looking forward to standing up for the working families of her community.
