“It’s time working families got a fair deal. Dalton McGuinty’s record has been one broken promise after another. But he still found time to give himself a $40,000 pay raise. That’s someone who has lost touch with working families. We deserve better.
“I’m proud to stand with Howard Hampton – a leader who is upfront, honest, and principled. You know you can count on us to stand up for seniors, children, parents, and working people.
“This time, ask yourself ‘Which leader and party can I count on to fight for a fair deal for working families?’
“I hope I can count on your support on October 10.”
Henri Giroux is a dedicated health care and labour activist who has lived in North Bay for almost 30 years. He has been a resident of Nipissing his entire life, having grown up in Corbeil, and is proud of his ties to the local community and cannot think of a better place in which to have raised his five children.
A long-time employee at the Casselholme Home for the Aged, Henri works every day to preserve our health care system and ensure that our long-term care homes are responsive to the needs of our parents and grandparents. He decided to run for MPP of Nipissing because he strongly believes the McGuinty Liberals have failed our seniors with their complete inaction on improving long term care homes.
Henri is committed to our health care sector, committed to our seniors and committed to fighting for fairness for the working families of Nipissing.
