Raised in Prince Edward County, Jodie Jenkins has always exhibited a concern for his community and a commitment to positive change through political action.

Jodie is a popular on-air radio personality and is much sought after as a volunteer master-of-ceremonies for local charities.

As a community activist, Jodie is a member of the Belleville Public Library Board and has participated in numerous community fundraising campaigns.

Jodie ran for Belleville City Council in 2006, championing issues that would keep young people in Belleville and attract new residents and professionals. He championed a Youth Advisory Council for City Council, better bus service to Loyalist College and improved child care services for young families.

Jodie is an avid golfer and host of a highly regarded national golf show.
