"It’s time working families got a fair deal. Dalton McGuinty’s record has been one broken promise after another. But he still found time to give himself a $40,000 pay raise. That’s someone who has lost touch with working families. We deserve better.
"I’m proud to stand with Howard Hampton – a leader who is upfront, honest, and principled. You know you can count on us to stand up for seniors, children, parents, and working people.
"This time, ask yourself ‘Which leader and party can I count on to fight for a fair deal for working families?’
"I hope I can count on your support on October 10."
A long-time resident of Cornwall, Lori Taylor is ready to stand up for the working families of her community.
A teacher at St. Lawrence Intermediate School and a successful local businesswoman who owns the 214 Organic Coffee and Fair Trade Goods Shop, Lori is familiar with the challenges faced by working families and small business owners.
As a teacher Lori is concerned about the continued strain that our public school system is under because of Dalton McGuinty’s failure to fix the education funding formula. And she is committed to taking action to help working families who have been affected by the ongoing crisis in our resource and manufacturing sectors.
Active in her community, Lori is the founding member and chair of the Stormont-Dundas-South Glengarry Coalition for Social Justice, the President of Pride Cornwall, a member of the Vagabond Theatre and an award-winning director at the Sears Theatre Festival.
Lori is looking forward to standing up for the working families of Stormont-Dundas-South Glengarry as their next MPP.
