Biography:

“It’s time working families got a fair deal. Dalton McGuinty’s record has been one broken promise after another. But he still found time to give himself a $40,000 pay raise. That’s someone who has lost touch with working families. We deserve better.

“I’m proud to stand with Howard Hampton – a leader who is upfront, honest, and principled. You know you can count on us to stand up for seniors, children, parents, and working people.

“This time, ask yourself ‘Which leader and party can I count on to fight for a fair deal for working families?’

“I hope I can count on your support on October 10.”

Bryan Adamczyk was born and raised in Hamilton. He has dedicated his life to representing working families in Hamilton and across Ontario.

He started working at Stelco 30 years ago and became president of his union local. He represented workers in health clinics, as well as small to medium-sized manufacturing companies.

Bryan is currently President of the Staff Representatives’ Union for the USW in Canada and the USA. Bryan is a member of the Board of Directors for the United Way, Mohawk College and Second Stage Services.

Bryan is a graduate of the Labour College of Canada and McMaster University’s Labour Studies. He is married to Kathleen and they have three teenage children, Alysia, Justin and Jessica. All three are enrolled at St. Jean de Brebeuf High School in Hamilton Mountain.
