One of Dalton McGuinty’s biggest promises this election is to bring in full-day kindergarten and junior kindergarten. He wants Ontarians to believe he has a solution to fix the growing child care crisis. But instead of a solution, it’s just another empty promise that McGuinty will break. It’s just one more reason to show that McGuinty doesn’t deserve another majority.
